You can return any rug purchased from us for a full refund provided you get it back to us within 7 days of delivery. The only cost that you are responsible for is the return carriage.

Most rugs, even large sizes, can be collected from your door and returned for as little as £10 (within the UK mainland). There are many courier companies that you can use to make a return, however we recommened Interparcel: http://www.interparcel.com/quote/

Please Note: the vast majority of our online competitors will deduct their delivery costs (up to £10) from your refund if you make a return. We on the other hand do not deduct our delivery costs, we will provide you with a FULL REFUND on your purchase (unless you have paid for an offshore or upgraded delivery service).
